If a calculation already exists, identify the photometric file and product configuration used. Procurement questions should include destination market and requested timeline so certification scope and availability can be considered. A useful office request identifies the task plane, workstation layout, ceiling height and desired glare approach. An industrial request should add mounting height, aisle geometry, ambient conditions, IP/IK expectations and surge requirements. For control questions, state whether the basis is DALI-2, 0-10V or another interface, and identify occupancy, daylight and emergency behavior. These details reduce ambiguity during routing; they do not guarantee a particular product outcome.
